WARRANTY COVERAGE
Professional Computer Support provides one-year onsite
warranty coverage on any hardware sold by PCS.
Authorized Service Technicians:
We perform all work according to manufacturers’
standards, and have over 20 years experience and expertise.
Our technicians are qualified and efficient. PCS’s
objective is to expedite and complete all assignments
onsite, whenever possible, to minimize downtime. We
are Compaq, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Apple,
and Novell authorized.
Response Time:
Professional Computer Support will respond within four
hours to bona fide emergencies, beginning with phone
support, during normal business working hours (Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). PCS will be on site
within a 4 hour time period depending on your urgency
and need.
Parts Replacement:
We will replace parts which breakdown or malfunction.
We stock an extensive inventory of computer and printer
components, such as feed rollers, fusers, hard drives,
video cards, memory, mother boards, etc….
Upgrades or manufacturers’ recommended overhauls
of equipment are not covered.
Planned Maintenance:
We recommend scheduling a biannual maintenance program on your
systems and printers in order to minimize repairs.
Hardware Expertise, Phone Support:
Our hardware experts will provide phone support to maintain your software,
hardware, network, or workstation needs.
Warranty Coverage:
All labor and equipment sold by PCS comes with a one-year
warranty, as well as that of the manufacturer. (Does
not include conflicting software complications and/or
user caused errors.) We will manage the return of warranty
equipment.
